Segment 1 - Groundbreakers Interview: Edward Martinez, CEO, Zia Engineering explains how the preliminary permit process creates a new regulatory standard for oil and gas refineries. He also explains how Meridian Energy and the Davis Refinery are setting those new standards rather than retro-fitting an existing refinery.

Segment 2 - Community Development Interview: Cindy Sanford, Job Service North Dakota explains how today's youth understands using a smart phone but lacks desktop computer skills. She also describes how the median age for oil and gas jobs is around 30. Sanford talks about how skill sets are changing in the work place and new jobs are emerging, like UAS and artificial intelligence, and some jobs are becoming obsolete.

Segment 3 - Energy Economy Interview: Sam Cook, managing editor, Oilman Magazine previews several stories featured in the current issue of The Oilman Magazine. Technology uses in downstream and plastic integrated into the field are discussed in detail with Cook.

Segment 4 - Energy Community Interview: Kylee Roff, RoughRider Center, Watford City, ND describes the new center in Watford City and what life is like living in the heart of the Bakken oil fields. Stephen Heins, energy columnist, owner, Word Merchant talks about how he would like to tell Big Oil real story. How the modern shale revolution has changed the planet in many beneficial ways...the VOICE of the BAKKEN!
